| Elena and Debbie I wanted to take a few minutes to do a short story on my friend Debbie. I met Debbie through her brother James and we hit it off immediately. She and James are very much alike and they are friends, as well as siblings. She and I hung out a lot and we still see one another, but usually at Bed Bath and Beyond or Wal*Mart. She moved from Meridian and in her travels, it took her back to South Africa where she and her family are from. But now she has moved back to The States and is living 35 miles North of Meridian.
She and her then boyfriend announced their engagement this past spring and have been planning their wedding ever since. Her fiance's family is friends with several of my friends and we met a couple of months ago. Her mother-in-law to be is a sweet lady. Debbie will soon walk down the aisle into wedded bliss - a fall wedding. Here are a few old photographs of Debbie and I - We've come a long way, baby!       The End - or A New Beginning ELB 2011 |
